Implement laws and regulations, national environmental protection standards for heating radiators ar

In order to implement the "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", to guide and promote the production and use of environmentally friendly products, to ensure that the heating radiator protects the environment and protects human health during the production, use and disposal process. The "Heating Radiator" standard review meeting was held at the Ministry of Environmental Protection at 9 am on February 17, 2009. Chinese Academy of Building Research, Heating Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the Ministry of Construction, National Domestic and Residential Materials Industry Building Hardware Plumbing Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, Special Material Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the Ministry of Information Industry, National Standardization Technical Committee for HVAC and Purification Equipment, China Real Estate and Housing Research Association, Beijing Paijie HVAC Environmental Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Sanye Radiator Factory, Standards Division of Science and Technology Department of Ministry of Environmental Protection, Tsinghua University and other units and enterprises attended the review meeting as deliberating units.

　　 The review meeting was held on the basis of the "standard" soliciting opinions from all parties for more than a year. The compilation team analyzed and summarized all the opinions. In addition, the standards were revised based on expert review opinions and the formulation of the "Heating Radiator" standard was completed. It will be promulgated and implemented by the Ministry of Environmental Protection shortly.

This standard mainly sets requirements for pollutants released into the air by heating radiators, limits of toxic and hazardous substances, metal thermal strength, and sealing ring materials. This standard applies to industrial and civil buildings where hot water or steam is used as heat Media heating radiators, excluding steel closed-type string fin radiators, this standard is applicable to China’s environmental labeling product certification.

The Chinese environmental label was born in 1993 in response to the sustainable development ideas put forward by the 1992 World Environmental Development Conference. It was initiated by the Ministry of Environmental Protection in the context of the international eco-labeling movement. After more than ten years of exploration and development , China’s environmental labeling has gradually established an overall framework consisting of six basic points: government promulgation, double-best characteristics, full-process management, clear environmental behavior, quantitative testing, and international standards. China's environmental labeling product certification standards are promulgated by the Ministry of Environmental Protection in the form of national environmental protection standards, which are authoritative, scientific, rigorous and open; the Chinese environmental label "Ten Ring Mark" is filed with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce by the Ministry of Environmental Protection. The government "certification trademark" of environmental protection products has certain authority; the Environmental Certification Center of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, as the only organization authorized by the Ministry of Environmental Protection to carry out China's environmental label certification, conforms to the ISO14024 standard in the certification implementation process, and has obtained relevant Recognized by international organizations. In addition, the environmental label certification work accepts the guidance of the Ministry of Environmental Protection in the business, and accepts the supervision of the CNCA in the certification management, which also complies with the relevant rules of the national certification and accreditation management.
